Jazz & Blues bar at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. From its modest start in 1953, The Bamboo Bar has evolved into a celebrated Bangkok institution, drawing jazz enthusiasts from around the world. This iconic spot, Bangkok's first jazz venue, retains its sensual 1950s ambience. The Mandarin Oriental's acclaimed mixologist team masterfully crafts drinks and cocktails, notably the recently-introduced The Evolution menu. Inspired by the natural progression of bamboo and featuring local ingredients, The Evolution menu embodies The Bamboo Bar's ethos: a legendary jazz establishment perpetually adapting and evolving with the times.
