The Mandarin Oriental's acclaimed mixologist team masterfully crafts drinks and cocktails, notably the recently-introduced The Evolution menu. A live band featuring a jazz vocalist takes the stage from Monday to Thursday, 8pm to 11:45pm, and on Fridays to Saturdays from 8pm to 12:45am. On Sundays, a pianist performs from 9pm to 11:45pm.

The Living Room

The Living Room is widely regarded as Bangkok's premier live jazz venue, set inside the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, on Sukhumvit Road beside Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. By day it functions as a sophisticated lounge bar serving gourmet light snacks and refreshments, and by evening it transforms into an intimate live jazz destination. The line-up regularly features international talent, including Grammy Award winners and highly respected touring musicians, with the programme long anchored by acclaimed pianist Randy Cannon and his ever-evolving Randy Cannon Group. Guests relax on plush sofas while sipping signature Luxury Collection cocktails, fine wines, champagnes and premium spirits, accompanied by an all-day a la carte menu of appetizing snacks and international dishes. Live music typically begins in the evening around 8 pm and continues until late. Popular promotions include Jazz and Free-Flow Wine evenings and the well-known Sunday Jazzy Brunch. The refined, softly lit setting draws a well-heeled, cosmopolitan audience of hotel guests, jazz aficionados and Bangkok locals. It is one of the city's longest-running upscale jazz institutions.

Foojohn Jazz Club

Foojohn Jazz Club is an intimate live jazz venue on the second floor of the historic FooJohn Building, a renovated 1960s post-modernist landmark in the atmospheric Talat Noi district of Bangkok's Chinatown. By a collective of jazz lovers, it has grown over several years into a key hub of the city's jazz scene, hosting live performances from a diverse line-up of local and international artists. The club runs Wednesday through Sunday from around 6 pm until late, with music the centrepiece of the night. Its cosy room seats roughly 50 to 60 guests, creating a warm, close-up listening atmosphere favoured by jazz lovers and night owls. Skilled mixologists turn out a well-crafted cocktail menu that complements the vibe, and there is a card minimum of around 1,000 baht. Because the space is small and fills up fast, reservations are recommended and can be made by phone in the late afternoon. The surrounding FooJohn Building adds to the appeal, housing other venues including a French bistro and an American-style smokehouse. The crowd is a stylish, creative mix of jazz enthusiasts, hip locals, tourists and night owls exploring Chinatown after dark.

The Consul Club

Restaurant, bar and members' club on the 30th floor of JLK Tower and the mezzanine above it (30M), on the corner of Sukhumvit Soi 7 with a skywalk to BTS Nana. It opened in February 2026 after pre-opening events from October 2025. Rong Supper Club, the main dining room, serves Chinese and Italian dishes and dim sum with live jazz and other live acts through the week, and Bar Won on the mezzanine is the cocktail bar from the team behind Alice Cheongdam in Seoul; it stays open until 01:00. Both take non-member reservations through SevenRooms with a deposit of 500 to 1,500 THB per person depending on the area, credited to the bill where you booked, and there is a weekend lunch on Saturday and Sunday, 12:00-15:00. The Founder's Lounge, with a wine cellar and cigar lounge, is for members (membership is by application), and The Yang's Club 94, the DJ room on the mezzanine, has its own listing and is closed for renovation.
