No Bar Wine Bar is an intimate natural wine bar tucked into a quiet residential lane in Ari, a short walk from the Ari BTS station. It was founded by a small group of creative, passionate Thais united by a love of soulful, minimal-intervention wines, and began life as an online wine shop during the Covid-19 pandemic before opening as a physical bar. The list is a small, personal and constantly rotating selection of natural, organic and biodynamic wines from small producers and less-travelled regions, with over 30 labels rotating roughly weekly and a leaning toward cloudy, umami, high skin-contact and orange wines, including bottles from Georgia and Serbia. The interior is charming and low-key, with cement floors, warm wood, greenery, kooky knick-knacks, soft lighting and a soft-lit patio. The kitchen serves non-traditional, Thai-influenced small plates designed to pair with the wines, and the bar frequently hosts kitchen takeovers and collaborations with respected restaurants. It fits Ari's casual, conscious, natural-and-organic aesthetic and draws curious wine enthusiasts open to unconventional pairings and flavours.
