Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant occupies the 37th floor of the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G on Silom Road, in the heart of the city's business and nightlife district. The French-inspired rooftop combines a sleek, dimly lit indoor dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-air terrace overlooking the Bangkok skyline toward the Chao Phraya River. The kitchen serves a produce-driven menu of tapas-style bites, charcuterie and cheese boards, fresh seafood and dry-aged steaks, paired with an extensive wine list of close to 200 labels and creative cocktails. The atmosphere is lively yet unpretentious and sophisticated, drawing an after-work crowd, wine lovers, couples and groups. A daily happy hour runs at sunset, making early evening a great time to catch the view. The venue is Michelin Guide recommended and sits a short walk from BTS Chong Nonsi.
