A lounge spread across the third and fourth floors of Gaysorn Amarin in Ratchaprasong, reachable on the skybridge from BTS Chit Lom. The design takes the Hanging Gardens of Babylon as its cue: curved timber tiers, planting spilling over every level and an open-air terrace on top. It runs on a Taste of Time idea, so the room changes character through the day - brunch and coffee in the Sky Lobby, wine and aperitivo at the Salone Bar from late morning, and from 5pm the Ionic Terrace and Pollen Bar, where the cocktails are built on flowers and botanicals and live music and DJs rotate through the evening. Contemporary tapas run alongside. Open every day from 8am to midnight.
