Nimitr is a rooftop restaurant and bar on the 27th floor of the 137 Pillars Suites & Residences in the Phrom Phong district, offering flavourful Thai cuisine with a spectacular sunset backdrop and panoramic city views. The elegant space combines contemporary furnishings with a chic, refined ambiance, and features a signature glass floor that has become a favourite for photos, plus private seating areas for more intimate experiences. Seating is split between an indoor dining room and an outdoor terrace, each holding around 40 guests. The menu, crafted by chef Nanang Prasetya Aditama, blends ingredients from the group's family farm and the surrounding region with modern culinary flair, featuring dishes such as Miang Kham King Scallops, Yum Bai Cha-Kam Thai Wagyu Beef and Gaeng Lueng Pla Salmon, available a la carte or as a four-course set menu.
