Door No.6 is an intimate speakeasy hidden inside a working, decades-old family tailor shop on Sukhumvit Soi 6 in the Nana area, a short walk from BTS Nana. The bar occupies half of a bespoke tailoring business that Nawin Satchasiree's grandfather opened on the soi more than sixty years ago, and the family has been cutting cloth there ever since. Often called the OG of Bangkok's speakeasy scene, it is a compact, confident bar that tells the story of suit-making through its drinks. The signature list is themed around the steps of tailoring, including The Measure (a martini-style drink with vermouth and fernet), The Stitch (built on a purple spirit from Phrae province, garnished with jasmine silk), The Press (a highball with Japanese tea) and The Button (a negroni twist with homemade herbal bitters and a chocolate-button garnish). Seating is deliberately minimal, with room for around seven or eight at the bar counter plus an interior sofa area, giving it a quiet, private feel despite the surrounding Nana nightlife. The atmosphere rewards guests who appreciate both craft and a bit of mischief. It is well suited to cocktail enthusiasts seeking a discreet, story-driven hideaway.
