How this differs from a bar crawl
A bar crawl asks where you should walk next. A night out asks something bigger: what kind of night do you want? Our Bar Crawl Planner is still the right tool for several bars in one walkable neighbourhood. Plan Your Night is for the nights that do not fit that shape - a Sathorn rooftop at sunset, cocktails in Thonglor, and a club in Ekkamai until closing.
Every stop gets its own length
Nobody spends the same 75 minutes at a speakeasy, a rooftop and a nightclub. Each stop starts with a sensible default for its venue type - two hours at a club, an hour and a quarter at a cocktail bar - and you change any of them with one tap. Extend the first stop by 45 minutes and every arrival, departure and the finish time move with it.
Travel times that differ per leg
Two venues 500 metres apart and two venues 4 kilometres apart do not take the same amount of time to travel between. Each leg is routed on its own, shown with its distance, and marked walk or taxi based on how far it actually is. You can override the mode on any leg - if you would rather walk it, walk it.
Nights that run past midnight
A night that starts at 22:00 and ends at 04:00 is one night, not two. The timeline treats it that way, and opening hours are checked against the right day - a club open “22:00 - 04:00” on Friday is still open when you arrive at 02:00 on Saturday morning.
Warnings instead of impossible plans
If you schedule a stop before a venue opens, or plan to stay past closing, the plan says so rather than quietly producing a night that cannot happen. Where we do not hold opening hours for a venue, it says that too.
