So here is one route that works, and then the swaps at each stage, so you can rebuild it around your group instead of following someone else's evening.
19:30 - Start with dinner
Fuego. Spanish and Japanese tapas over live fire, built around an open kitchen. Open daily, booking recommended.

Dinner is the decision that sets the tempo for everything after it. A long tasting dinner means you are arriving at the second stop after 22:30, which cuts one venue out of the night.
22:00 - Keep it moving
Thaipioka. Thai-led cocktails with a DJ every night. A proper drinks stop that already has energy by the time you arrive, which matters: a dead second venue kills the night more reliably than a bad first one.
Cocktails first? Rabbit Hole or Find The Locker Room.
View first? Tichuca or Octave. Do the rooftops early and move on - they are a start, not a finish.
00:30 - Pick your night
This is the fork. Four rooms, four different nights.
- MUIN for the big room and the big production
- Fragile for hip-hop and R&B
- Mirror Muse for a newer club and Thai rap bills
- Chupa for the easiest BTS access
Wednesday to Saturday puts all four in play. Earlier in the week the choice narrows, so check before you build the night around a specific room.

Which night of the week is best for Thonglor? Wednesday to Saturday. That is when MUIN, Fragile, Mirror Muse and Chupa are all running, so you keep the full choice at the 00:30 fork. Earlier in the week, fewer rooms are open.
Can you do Thonglor without walking much? Yes. Fuego, Truth or Dare and MUIN together come to under 500 metres of walking. Thonglor is a long road, so the difference between a well-ordered night and a badly ordered one is real distance, not minutes.
Should I do a rooftop in Thonglor? Do it early. Tichuca and Octave both work as a first or second stop, before the clubs open properly. Starting the night at a rooftop after midnight means paying view prices for a room you are about to leave.
