Within six months he knew the door staff at half the clubs on Sukhumvit, had organized after-parties that people still talk about, and had strong opinions about which soi has the best late-night pad thai. He is the kind of person who walks into a speakeasy, befriends the bartender, and leaves with an invite to a private event happening next Tuesday. His knowledge of Bangkok nightlife is not academic. It is earned at 3 AM on a Tuesday.

The other one lives on the internet. He is the kind of person who sees a problem and builds something to fix it before most people have finished complaining about it. Together they linked up with GetNifty, an AI SEO company that turns brand, content, and search into one machine, and that partnership gave them the firepower to geocode every venue, build planning tools from scratch, and turn a personal spreadsheet into Bangkok's most comprehensive nightlife directory.

One knows every bouncer in town. The other knows every shortcut on the internet. Together they are building something neither could build alone. Their names? Coming soon. For now, the work speaks.

Why This Exists

The nightlife information problem in Bangkok is absurd. Google a bar and you get a TripAdvisor review from 2019, a blog post with dead links, and a Reddit thread where half the recommendations have closed. Prices are wrong. Hours are wrong. Someone recommends a “hidden gem” that has 400 Google reviews. The guy who actually knows where to go is not writing blog posts - he is at the bar.

Bangkok Venues exists because one of them got tired of answering the same question from every friend, tourist, and expat who landed in Bangkok: “Where should I go tonight?” The spreadsheet he kept for himself turned into a directory. The directory turned into tools. The tools turned into something people actually use.

• Private Event Matching - Free venue matching for corporate events, birthdays, and celebrations. Tell them what you need and they will connect you with the right spot.
• VIP Booking (Coming Soon) - A VIP table and bottle service booking system. Skip the DMs. Skip the middlemen. Book direct.

What's Next

The long game is ambitious. They want Bangkok Venues to be the platform that powers how people experience Bangkok at night - from discovering a hidden cocktail bar in Chinatown to booking a private rooftop for 200 guests. There is talk of opening their own venue. There are plans that would make most people nervous. They are not most people.

Right now, the focus is simple: build the best nightlife resource in Bangkok and make sure everyone who needs it can find it.
